ALLEN CAWLEY

COO and Lead Facilitator, SOAR

Allen is co-owner of SOAR, a global company focused on advancing women and minority talent to senior levels of leadership. Over the last twenty years, Allen has developed and delivered successful leadership programs for Global and Fortune 500 companies including P&G, Toyota, UPS, Anthem, Ashland, and LifePont Health.

 In addition to his role as Chief Operating Officer of SOAR, Allen served for six years as Chairman of the Board of Clark Regional Medical Center, helping to lead the hospital in winning numerous quality, safety, and financial awards as a top performing hospital out of a hospital cohort of 72.

 Allen has an MS degree in Education (U.S. Office of Education Fellowship) and a BS degree in Business Administration. Allen holds professional certifications in leadership development, emotional intelligence, facilitation, conflict resolution, and change management.

 Allen and his wife, Sally, who is also a co-owner in SOAR, have three adult daughters and five grandchildren. They live in Winchester, Kentucky.
